Q: How to make an inquiry and place an order for lanyard or PVC items to us quickly?

A: In order to improve manufacturing efficiency and shorten delivery time, Please provide us specified information, such as size, panton colors, attachments and quantity when you make an inquiry. It would be better if you could send us a artwork for your reference. the artwork is essential for starting a perfect production. we will make an artwork for your confirmation. If you have no idea for your designs, please contact me or send your original samples, we could give you professional suggestions.

 

Q: How much do your products (lanyards, PVC items) usually cost?

A: It depends on your items' size, material, printing techonolgy, designs,accessories as well as the total purchasing quantity of your order.

 

Q: May I have your samples?

A: We could send the sample pictures by mail and supply you samples on stock for free but the freight cost will be at buyer's expense. Furthermore, we also could supply you custom products as per your artwork and requirements, but the custom samples will be charged as the mold charge, the mould charge and the freight cost will be at buyer's expense.

 

Q: What is your Minimum of quantity (MOQ)?

A: Any quantity are available except transffered heat lanyard

 

Q: what is your lead time?

A: The lead time depend on product's style, quantity and if it is a busy time in our factory Usually, for under 5000pcs PVC items, the samples about 5-7 days and the full production 15 days; For lanyards, the samples is within 3-7 days and the full production is 7-30 days after sample confirmation,

 

Q: what is your payment ways?

A: 30% deposit and the balance before shipment.

 

Q: What guarantee do I have that assures me I will get my order from you since I have to pay in advance? What happens if the products you shipped are wrong or poorly made?
